Score Diagnosis
First thing at Evolv, for our test prep students we give a collegeboard sponsorered exam for students and parents to see what is your current score. It is imperative to know where you are to grow. Evolv Tutoring uses the mock exams to design a personalized plan that is based on the students areas of improvement.
Evolv's Method
Each session is worked with an educator one-on-one. Evolv Tutoring uses a learning platform to display each session. Since each session is one on one learning it allows the student to receive undivided attention and ask questions that they are struggling with independently. Also, allows for students to have full access to useful insight into the SAT. Since many students take the exam stating they seen the same or similar questioins on the actual exam.
CollegeBoard Sponsored Practice Test
The Best way to prepare for the SAT is to take a test created by the people who administer the exam. Our certified Collegeboard Content is a great way for students to know exactly where they are at. Based on each students mock score our Evolv test innovation team is in charge of creating mock material that mirrors each students of weakness.
Track Your Performance with Evolv
For Test Prep and Courses students and families are given updates weekly, biweekly, and monthly based on preference and request from parent. These reports are what allows Evolv to accurately predict students scores. Evolv Tutoring houses academic advisors who are able to help students path to college.
Learning Plans
Before our first session each student has the opportunity to speak with their assigned tutor who is in charge of customizing their learning plan based on the students areas of weaknesses. Evolv Tutoring coursework is outlined and assigned on a weekly basis. Each chapter covered is based on the different percentages of the SAT. Evolv Tutoring also specializes in the ACT, all sections. Our method have raised students scores within an average of 7-15 points on the ACT and 150-200 points on the SAT.
Optimal Data Based Driven Method
Our Method is data driven and consistently updated to adapt to the changes of the Digital SAT. Evolv Tutoring truly focuses on data and growth since two things are what allow our students to grow. We see growth at every level. Our Data shows that if a students score is not at a 1600 there is always an area of improvement. Until a student is at a superscore of 1600 we do not stop working on their areas of improvement.
